What To Watch On TV: Tuesday Edition

What To Watch
Law & Order: Special Victim's Unit @ 10pm
SVU celebrates a major milestone tonight with a major guest star: Robin Williams returns to the small screen for a powerful performance in the drama's 200th episode. Funnyman Williams plays a brainy engineer who uses his smarts to play tricks — and not the amusing kind. He poses as a policeman over the phone and convinces people to commit criminal acts. His smooth-talking self-defense wins him his freedom — and cult celebrity status — giving him a grander stage for his hoaxes and his antiauthority message.

Dancing With The Stars @ 9pm
At first glance, heavy metal's Def Leppard might not seem to have much in common with Kylie Minogue or Ashlee Simpson. But when the release of a new album in the U.S. coincides with an appearance on a DWTS results show — and a guaranteed audience of more than 10 million — a similarity emerges. Like Minogue's X (April 1) and Simpson's Bittersweet World (April 22), Def Leppard's Songs From the Sparkle Lounge hits stores today, and tonight they'll perform the single "Nine Lives," as well as their 1980s hit "Pour Some Sugar on Me."

Reaper @ 9pm
Being a Reaper is a tough job, and frequently requires getting one's hands dirty, so Sam has some big-time explaining to do when Andi accidentally sees him beheading a demon. She, of course, doesn't know it's a demon and thinks that he has actually murdered someone. The solution to the dilemma: a deal with the Devil, of course. Meanwhile, Ben faces marriage under suspicious circumstances, and next-door neighbor Tony appears in his true demon form, which ain't pretty.

The Riches @ 10pm
The second season concludes tonight — and not a moment too soon for Wayne and Dahlia, who could use some time off to patch up their marriage (assuming the series returns next year). It's no small order: Dahlia is genuinely shocked about Pete's death, and whenever Wayne tries to make things right (by lying!), he's interrupted by an urgent phone call from Hugh. As for the kids, it would be nice if Cael would call home since Dahlia's sick with worry. And how about the fling Di Di's having with that cute young security guy? Look for developments on those fronts tonight, and look for the enigmatic Quinn (Jared Harris) to finally show his hand.
