Saleisha Stowers Is Fierce Enough For Tyra

After weeks of grueling catwalk sessions and photo shoots (what a life), Saleisha became America's Next Top Model last night. But is the model deserving of the title? Haters are complaining Saleisha's win was a result of her prior relationship with Tyra.

The two met at T-Zone. No, not the oily part of your face; it's a girls camp Tyra founded for underprivileged girls. Gimme a break! Saleisha was 14 at the time, and it's not like Tyra befriended her at that time.

Wouldn't that be creepy? See ya later mom! I'm off to hang in Milan with my new supermodel friend! Critics are also concerned that Saleisha's appearance in a Wendy's commercial is in violation of Top Model rules. Duh, that's Saleisha's bad. Everyone knows models should never promote eating food.

she was also on her talk show not that long ago and did a commercial in 2006. She should have been disqualified from being on the show.

She just honestly doesn't look like a top model and totally sucked up the whole way through. I was rooting for Jenah the whole way through!

Oh Please!! Jenah sucked.. She had way too many teeth in her mouth for one thing. I did like Chantal, but her runway walk was very stiff, as all the judges said. Saleisha is a TOP Model. She worked that runway. She was flawless! And who cares that she went to T-Zone when she was 14 years old. The girl is 21 now. And so what she did a Wendy's commercial! The rules for ANTM clearly say that "participants must have not appeared in national commercial in the past 5 years". So Saleisha did not break any rules. You go Saleisha... KEEP 'em HATEN' girl!!

I was rooting for Jenah as well but you can't hate on Saliesha. She worked just as hard as the rest of the girls and knowing about the industry just helped her competively. She's not the only contestant to be knowledgable about the industry going in. Look at Yoanna, Melrose, and Sara (who by the way was a professional photograper, who shot models everyday in her career). To some degree evryone going into the competition has something to prove and that did not disclude Saliesha just because she had previous experience with Tyra.

Everyone should know that cover girl fabricated and just plain out lied about saleisha's mom. saleisha has a very beautiful, I mean drop dead gorgeous, who is a phlebotomist. Saleisha' mother raised her and busted her butt to put saleisha in the best schools. I think everyone needs to get the facts correct.
