Despite rumors circulating on the internet, Tyra Banks isn't planning on quitting "America's Next Top Model." There were rumors that Banks was going to quit the show after a number of fights with Jay Manuel. The pair is reportedly not even on speaking terms at this point. But Banks' rep insists the reports are wildly inaccurate. "The rumors about Tyra leaving and the fight with Jay are not true!"

The landlord of the loft that the contestants of America's Next Top Model lived in for the show is pissed off. He says the contestants abused the place, and had up until yesterday to pay for over $500,000 in damages. There was significant water damage to the floors and ceiling in the place.
